Today Trilibis Mobile announced the availability of Peepsnation 4.0, the newest version of its mobile social network, which launches on Virgin Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and Boost Mobile. This new network allows social consumers to connect with one another where they can rate, rank, tag an d even meet-up.
